We want you to love your EVEREVE purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with original tags attached to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off at authorized locations.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items and the packing slip inside the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any official carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
